This book is a culinary exploration of India through six iconic dishes: Idli, Sambar, Pav Bhaji, Samosa, Biryani, and Rasgulla. It covers North, South, East, West and also the meals of a day from breakfast to dinner. It's not just a collection of recipes; it delves into the history, regional variations, and cultural significance of each dish, offering readers a deeper understanding of Indian cuisine. The recipes are a collection from my grandmother's and the stories are narrated by her. Each page has my grandmother's essence wherein she is sharing the stories and recipes of each of the dishes.

The warm hues compliement food, stimulating appetite and comfort, while cool tones add balance and vibrancy to illustrations. Together, they blend to create a visually rich experience for readers.
